Cheerful hotel set in an amazing area, not far from the famed Spa World and different tourist attractions. Amazingly nice staff. the location was favorable. Within easy walking distance of McDonald's, ate there a couple of times. Had a very nice stay for 6 nights.

I really enjoyed this cheerful and absolutely great place. the whole staff was helpful and outstandingly accommodating. All the services were good, the room was brand, new with a tatami bed, private bath plus 2 futon. the location was favorable , near checking out Sumiyoshi, taisha Shrine and Shin, Osaka or Namba for day, trips or main tourist spots. Everything was simply really good.

This is a big and clean place with excellent value, incredibly friendly staff, a convenient location near Pelican Bay Aquatic Center, and a wonderful restaurant on site.

The room was small but clean, and the shared bathrooms were well-maintained. The free wifi provided was fast, making it convenient to stay connected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the JR Shinimamiya station and local subway. This made it convenient for traveling around the city.

During late night hours, the neighborhood around the hotel felt unsafe at times. It is advisable to be cautious when walking around the area during those hours.

I always choose this place. No regrets. First stay, staff helped with plug adaptors. Suits perfectly. Has everything: Free Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, Flat-screen TV, Lift, Cookware. No pets. Air conditioning. Non-smoking rooms. Coming back for Easter.

The hotel has a great and fantastic location close to Nankai train lines. It is convenient and provides easy access to local attractions, subway Midosuji lines, JR, and Nankai train lines.

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka for a few nights and it was great value for money. The rooms and facilities were clean, and there was no tobacco smell on the non-smoking floor. The staff spoke fluent English and the location was extremely convenient, just a 30-second walk from the nearest subway station. There were also several convenient stores nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials. a nice and cozy place for a short stay.

The friendly staff is always willing to assist, the rooms have everything you need including a bathroom and TV, and the food here is affordable.

The cozy Japanese futon bedding in most rooms added a touch of traditional charm. As a nature lover, I really appreciated the linens and towels provided, making it easier for me to pack light and connect with the simplicity of the outdoors.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathrooms. However, I understand that some guests may enjoy the communal aspect and find it a unique way to meet new people during their stay.

The guestrooms at Hotel Sunplaza 2 were really comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I loved the cozy Japanese futon bedding in most units. The room had all the necessary facilities, like linens, towels, and free wireless internet access. Plus, the shared bathrooms were clean and came with free toiletries.

Personally, I was not a fan of the communal bathroom for male guests. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might still find it perfectly fine.
